Valentine's Day Gift Ideas
Valentine's Gift Tips:I think that the tips for Valentine's Day's Gifts are basically the same as with any gift giving.- Know the Person: The key to giving a special gift is knowing the person's personality and what they will like. You can find inspiration in a lot of places, but make sure that ultimately the gift is going to make your loved one's day a truly special one!
- Don't over spend: It will just stress you out and take away from the holiday. As long as you have put some thought into it and your love shows through, your loved one will cherish it!
- If your low on funds...just be creative! Cook them a special meal, wash their car, clean their house. I don't know about you, but if someone did one of those things for me it would mean more than a piece of jewelry or expensive meal at a fancy restaurant.
- Add special touches: Personalize your gift by adding a special note/card or throw in something that represents your relationship (inside jokes, something that reminds you of your first date, etc.)Examples:For Crafty Women:For Him: Make him a small scrapbook documenting your relationship. My husband loved the mini one I did for him. Use your creativeness to your advantage!
- For Her: Find out what crafts she's working on and buy her something special to help her complete it. Does she like to make jewelry? Get her new supplies or even make her a special piece of jewelry yourself .
- Electronic Gurus:I don't know about you, but both me and my husband LOVE gadgets! Pick something interesting and fun! Maybe try to find it in red or pink and add a cute hand made card! Pick something you can use together! Enjoy video games? Get a new one that you can play together. My husband is a closet gamer so I bought a few that we can play together... Get in on the fun!
- Pamper Them: Giving them bath and body sets or cologne/perfume is great, but why not give them a special massage? Guys give your girl a special manicure/pedicure. It's a cheap fun gift.
What are your gift-giving tips?

Trips are fun, and kind of set a "get away" sort of feel. Even if its going to somewhere in town you havent been before. Just make sure you have a gameplan of what is in the area and where if you dont have GPS.
Chocolate covered strawberries for those who have a taste for them and arent allergic are cheap and easy to make (about 8.00 for both microwavable chocolate & strawberries)
Mixed Cds and homemade cards...
And there are some EXCELLENT things to do for LD relationships too.

This list is good but in some areas, it's WAY too cold to be washing cars. Digging them out the snow may work though. LOL

I read a book once and this girl gave her boyfriend a book of coupons for his birthday.

@princessremy@xanga - why be single on Valentines day?
@Brandon_lil_boy@xanga - why not :)
@princessremy@xanga - Well I will admit that Valentines day
doesn't mean you must have a relationship. Yet you can have a
Valentine/date for just one the day.
If a couple has been dating for several years then I'm sure both would be excited to receive a photo book from Smilebooks.com that documents the fun times they have shared together. What do you think?
@Brandon_lil_boy@xanga - i rather just chill with friends :]
@chrisj46 - YES! My boyfriend gave me a photo book for Christmas two years ago and I absolutely loved it, especially the sweet note at the beginning. It was made with the iphoto website.
@princessremy@xanga - haha group date for day!
