With the middle of the year soon approaching, I thought about how so many people make New Years Resolutions to better their financial status. Whether you decide to spend less money on clothes, decide to buy a house by the end of the year or get into the stock market, I wonder how many people are achieving their financial goals. This year, I promised myself to get rid of my unnecessary debt and try not to spend money on useless things. So far, I've done great; the only debt I have is for my University studies. I hardly go shopping for myself anymore; which is a bummer, but a sacrifice I choose to make. Another small financial goal I reached was to spend a lot less money on lunch. Although it seems like a small and silly goal, it is one that has helped a lot.
What are your personal financial goals? Did you make a financial New Years Resolution? What do you have in mind to accomplish?

This is more like a dream... but £2,000,000.
I need a job first, ha.
@landlockedeyes@xanga - That's quite a goal, but you know what they say- aim high! =)
I myself, would be quite ecstatic with just $1,500,000.
I'm trying to pay off my credit cards and hospital bills but it's tough :/
