U-verse/Internet: $78
LOL! Im glad I dont spend that much... but it is SO true!
my family just takes the free ones that come with the plan every time we renew our contract. We're spending $10 a month for 2 lines of 200 texts, though.
if i had to pay for my own cellphone service, i believe it'll be about $50 to $60 a month or probably less! i rarely talk or text.
I have a BlackBerry so there's the additional $20 internet feature, monthly I have to pay around $70. I recently cut off my cable so that's -$40 a month and I pay $30 for internet each month. =D
Family plan $40 for 550 minutes with 2 added on = $60 total but we get a discount cuz my ma works for the government. And we disabled texting on all our phones lol
att dsl is like $25.
cable is mucho expensive cuz my sis wanted a dvr and etc... but she pays that from her own pocket at $60ish.
Dunno about the landline, but i want to get rid of it since we don't use it really.
cable, internet, home phone all from one package roughly at about $70?
my cellphone is $40 (never went over the limit)
- this includes 150 weekday minutes, unlimited weekends & evenings, $10 txting addition, $9 activation fee, $7 for 911 emergency calls & the plan itself is $20 (it was the cheapest)
my dad's cellphone is $25 (never went over, his is far by the cheapest one)
- usually he goes over by long distance calls
my sister's $50+ (she always goes over ==)
- free incoming calls, weekends and evenings
- no texting plan so thats where she goes over..
hmmm
Landline with long distance: $0 (I dropped long distance since it is so expense and I use my cell phone for any long distance I need to make)
High speed internet for the home computer: $30 (yep, my cost is the same. I have a bundle thru Comcast which includes my basic cable and internet)
Cable or satellite TV: $15 (only basic cable for me!)
Cell phone: $10 (I'm not much of a talker, and I don't understand how people can be glued to their cells constantly. So I have a little TracFone that gives me 100 minutes of time every month for $10. I always have minutes left over at the end of the month.)
Cell phone for husband: $5 (got the same deal for him only 2nd family member was cheaper)
Cell phone for relative: $5 (ditto for the college kid)
Unlimited text/internet for the three phones: $0 (I just love TracFone, you aren't charged extra for texting they just deduct units from your alloted units)
The add-on so you have enough minutes for the three phones: $0 (none of us have ever had a problem with not having enough minutes.)
$200 5 line family share plan with 1400 minutes, unlimited calling to
10 numbers, and unlimited texting
$75 High speed internet & Digital Cable bundle with DVR
(I should mention that my brothers & mom each pay $35 towards the cell phone bill, so I only really pay like a $100)
I hate that a small number of companies bought out all the small businesses. If any new internet providers crop up in my area, I'm signing up with them pretty much no matter what they cost to encourage a little competition.
There's only 1 telephone provider in our area (AT&T), and they've started adding on random fees to our bill, but we needed a phone line to get DSL. Now we just pay a neighbor half his bill and use his internet. It's nice.
We aren't spending that much, I don't think. I'd say less than $200 total.
