I don't have many "bills" as college student, but I pay off everything I owe (credit card and other expenses) by the end of the month.
I'd say i was pretty good at it. I always pay my phone/internet bill before or on the day its due. My rent has never been late.. Yeah, i'd say so far im doing pretty well.
Very. Perk of being organized, I guess.
Very. I wouldnt dream of paying all of the fees associated with paying bills late!
I'm very good at paying my bills on time, now that I do it online.
When I have the money-- the bills are always on time, if not early. Times like now ,,eh it is a bit harder, but I am doing the best I can
I hate late fee, so I pay everything on time.
I like to pay my bills the same day they come in. Otherwise the bill might get lost or I may forget it. This method also gives me peace of mind so that I won't wonder whether I paid a particular bill on time.
i pay my bills way before it's even due so that i don't have to worry about it later on. =)
i try to pay it on time :D
I pay a good amount of time before the due date. And I pay the total amount, not the minimum. That shit rolls up big time.
Mine are taken directly out of my account, so i don't even buy stamps to pay my bills. I have direct deposit and have set up with each of my bills a certain date they can have the money each month. Then, in my MS Money account, it's automatically deducted so i don't overspend. Those bills that vary by a few dollars here and there? I autodeduct a little over the bill. So my utility bill is autodeducted (my own bookkeeping) at $180/month. When the bill arrives and it's $147.26 - i get a little bonus. The utility company only takes what I owe, but i'm covered for the months when it really is closer to $180. No late fees, no stamps, no worrying about bills.
Yeah, I'm usually pretty good about paying my bills on time.
I used to pay all my bills on time in the full amount. Lately, i'm only paying the min. amount. =S
very good
very good. everything is always paid in full and never late. unless i owe my brother money, then he might never see it agian :P
Never missed a payment. I pay my credit cards multiple times a month usually. Recently I've had to put a lot of things on card due to large purchases that I had chosen to make and work I wanted to do on my car so I had to reduce it to no more than once or twice a month per creditor.
Before college I paid everything on time. But since I can't find a job everything is just slipping.
I was until I got fired :(
I've never been late on any bills. I'm normally a week or two early.
Excellent when I receive the bills, but I don't keep close enough track of what's routinely due when, so a few years ago I received a second notice on my electric bill because the previous month's bill had apparently gotten lost in the mail.
Following an emergency hospitalization in '07, my bills suddenly increased, and I couldn't pay everything I owed all at once, but I did, after a few frantic months, work out payment plans. Now the only one I still owe is the EMS/ambulance service, and each month they get as much as I can spare after my other bills are paid.
I never missed a payment until my health declined and was left with all sorts of medical bills. I'm currently in a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
I'm very good at it. That's exactly why my credit score is so high.
if they arent automatic withdrawals, then I pay them after I opened the envelope (online)
I'm great at it now...
But a couple of years ago, I just couldn't seem to get a handle on my finances. I'm still not sure why- I think I was afraid, so I failed to research and learn about personal finance and budgeting. I think I was afraid to fail, which seems so dumb now.
Then I got married, volunteered to take on the family finances, and we've always got everything paid on time and in full, and we paid off our student loans in only 1 year, and our car loan will hopefully be paid in two years (not five).
Being on top of finances is something I take great pride in now.
