I pay early. I also pay my credit card bills all at once. I barely use my credit card anyway - almost exclusively for online purchases. My last bill was $49.
I don't have any bills to pay yet, but I eliminate the possibility of having one by using a debit card instead of credit!
I pay all my bills early. And I pay everything off in full.
I pay all of my bills early as well. And we have very few credit cards/loan accounts, so with those -- I usually pay double the minimum amount (or more). I use my bank's online billpay for all of them so that I can have at least the fixed expenses on a recurring schedule, and as for the rest -- well, I don't have to use time on writing checks, addressing envelopes, or buying/hunting down stamps. I just have to keep an eye on due dates.
I don't pay them early, but I do pay them on time. I don't have a credit card so I don't have to worry about that.
i pay it as soon as i get the email saying the bill is due. and i pay in full, to not ruin my credit.
On time.
My bills are always on time. All loans I try to pay as early as possible because a few less days of interest sounds good to me!
always pay it on the due date of course
um... isn't paying on/by the due date paying on time?
I pay them on the due date. Why would you pay early when you can earn interest on your money sitting in your own savings account up to the date you pay the bill?
I pay when the bill comes in. That way, if there is a problem with my payment, I have time to resolve it before the payment is late.
I pay them early, usually about a week or so. Except my stupid phone bill...I keep forgetting it till the day before!!! Luckily I can just hit a button on my phone and pay it. haha.
I pay every 3 days, so I think that counts as early.
It all depends on the month...I pay certain bills out of one paycheck and other bills out of the other paycheck. I always pay by the due date, but sometimes I end up paying a week or more early.
as soon as i get them so i dont' have to think about them anymore !! haha
Pay 'em all on payday.
I try to pay them right when i get them. if not, I'll forget and no one wants to be charged those late fees!
I pay as early as possible, usually as soon as I get the bill if i have the money.
I pay the credit card bill as soon as the statement is generated. All the other bills are auto-drafted, so they're usually pulled on the exact due date.
early, and a few months in advance, so if something happens i'll be set for a few months :)
They all get put into a big bucket and I pick out which one is getting paid that month.
@Chamais@xanga - I hear you on that. Especially if you have a checking account that earns interest.
as soon as I get my bill I pay it. Â If I am between pays, I pay it as soon as I have cash.
